I signed my grandaughter to play basket ball. This was her first year. It turned out to be an aweful experience for her. She had a coach that never had pratice. I can understand there were some personal situations for her at the beginning of the season. The only had 3 pratices. None were even close to the game times. She stood in the kids face and yelled insulting things to them while they were playing. My grandbaby not use to this type abuse. Instead of trying to encourage the she made them cry during the games. How can a child concetrate when she yelling. None of the other coaches yelled at their kids. This is aweful. No coach should be allowed to treat kids this way. That's my kid crying . I was very disappointed to find out there is a $2 fee to take my daughter to her game. We have already paid the $45 fee for her to cheer. I invited family members as well. It is very unprofessional to charge a hidden fee. I was never informed it was going to cost me an extra $12 to attend my daughters games. I had no cash on me at the time. A very nice fellow purchased my ticket for me. And to him, I say thank you. I noticed quite a few other people that were upset about the fee they were NEVER informed about. I seriously hope anyone who agrees will call and complain. A huge sports complex; I have yet to see the whole place. I've only visited the meeting room/gymnasium, but you must drive by several open fields where outdoor sports are played. All the fields seem to be well-maintained and ready for play. The gymnasium is full-size with goals and bleachers that fold well out of the way, and the acoustics are controlled so you can communicate without difficulty or annoyance. There are large clean restrooms, a concession area, offices, and it looks like some smaller meeting rooms on the perimeter of the gym.
