AEP Wayne — Local services in Wayne

This is the worst electric company I have ever seen in my life being here since 1990.

And I found out that we don't have any facilities in Lincoln country for them to do rapid response to us..

The closest is here, and Huntington. No wonder why we get more outages in Lincoln country, they don't care about us!!

If they did we would of had 6 of them response offices in Lincoln County.

And then the governor said that we are energy efficient but can't get Aep to upgrade the lines and take out the trees then maybe just maybe we could have a strong southern west virginia electric but no they are corrupt and they are increasing the prices every month and telling us that it's to help with the upgrades to the lines.

Theres no upgrades, just Aep Ohio screwing us over. Again and again..

So please upgrade the lines, fix the trees to 20 feet away from the lines, and finally do some upgrades so that when it rains or snows or even some wind blows that we don't have another outage.

If not then get out of our state because you just like Armstrong cable has been nothing but a inconvenience to Lincoln County, maybe Wayne and all of southern west virginia.
