Called w&w tire inquiring about a used tractor tire, they tried to quote me a new tire price for a used tire and tried to tell me that I had to have a tube for the tire. I tried to explain that it looked like the tire on the tractor was tubeless. They then decided to argue with me about it needing a tube. This was not the first time that I have had a "BAD" experience with them, but it will be the very last time that I will contact them. They want to overcharge and argue with me, they showed me that they don't want any of my tire business. I wish that I could give them a minus rating. I hope that they don't try to take advantage of anyone else, I did contact another tire shop and got a used tire at a used tire price. W & W is great. Reasonably priced and quick. I took my F-150 in to have a tire repaired and they had it done within 45 minutes. But they went above and beyond. When the tech brought my truck back out and I started it, it began running rough and throwing codes. It was nothing they did, just fortuitous timing that it happened outside their shop. I opened the hood and that tech came out, scanned it and took it back to fix the throttle mechanism and neither he nor the shop would accept compensation for the repair. I would like to thank the friendly folks at W & W for their prompt and courteous service on 8-1-14. We were headed to Sturgis from Texas and had a blowout on the side of the road. One phone call and they were there within 30 minutes. Very reasonable price. Along with the blowout it ripped all the trailer wires out from underneath the rv. They referred us to Precision Trailers. They even escorted us to their location. Thank you very much for getting us back on the road.
