Horrible experience yesterday. Tony shaped my real nail down to nothing and had to reconstruct my nail. They were upset because I told them that is not what I asked. Kimmy then tells me, it will grow back its fine. It shouldnt have to grow back for the fact they shouldnt have been shaped at all. All I asked for was acrylic on top of my real nails that were long and now gone due to her husband's terrible shaping. They then said they would call the cops as well because I was crying in their salon. Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't waste my money there.

Edit: No I had sns on my real nails that needed removed and my nails with acrylic on top since you dont do sns. Your husband ruined my real nails end of story. Your response was "it will grow back" unprofessional and then your husband wanted to call the cops because I was crying and upset over what he did to my nails. Meanwhile I was nice respectful.
