JC Kwik Mart — Local services in Weatherford

I rented a uhaul truck here. It showed it was available, then when I got there to pick it up, I was told the person who rented it had it for several weeks and was not returning their calls to return the vehicle... ok, why was it available to rent online if it was it in stock????

They offered me a small box truck at the price of the regular truck due to them not having the actual truck I wanted and also offered a discount on the gas/mile rate. I took it because I was in need of a truck that day and could not reschedule.

After being told it would be 20 cents cheaper than the rate offered, I was billed the regular rate offered for the box truck, not the deal for the regular pickup truck and not the mileage price I was promised.

I called and spoke to the guy who made me the "deal" for the truck and he said he'd have to try to talk to uhaul about changing the price, that it was not his "purse" and couldn't guarantee anything. He never called me back to let me know the result even after I made a call back.

So what was a $20 truck ended up being a $65 box deal due to an error on their part.

I will not rent from them again, nor do I recommend them even though they seemed like nice people.

JCs packs a big punch for a little store. They have every convenience option youre looking for and little things for around the house. The grill serves top notch breakfast lunch and dinner as well. Its so conveniently located in the heart of peaster. Uhauls can be rented here as well. The 5 star staff here is extremely friendly and i highly recommend...
