If I could give this business less than one star I’d certainly do it. I had a large full blood Wagyu beef sent to this processor. Immediately after the beef arrived I was contacted about my cuts. I was told they had a freezer wall collapse and would need to process my beef asap. That was my first warning sign. Normally the beef would hang for at least 4 weeks before processing. I gave the lady my cuts and about a week later she called back and asked how I wanted the other half of the beef cut. That was the second bad sign. When we spoke the first time she was told that I was having the entire beef processed for myself as I had purchased a “whole” beef. I was called within a week to pick up my beef, bad sign number three. It had not got to hang properly before being processed. When I picked up my beef it was brought out in garbage bags. After I got home and began organizing my cuts I realized I was missing a lot of beef. Half the briskets, half the tenderloin, etc. I called and asked to speak with the owner. I let him know I was concerned that I had not got home with all of my cuts. He told me that he would look into it and contact me. After a couple of days he called back and said he’d like to come look at my beef in the freezer. I told him that was fine. The day he was supposed to meet me he never called so I reached out to him. He said his truck was broke down and that was the last I’ve had contact with him. Dishonest business and poor follow up with my complaint. I had over $3,800 in this Wagyu and could not be more disappointed with the entire situation on the processing end. I question if my ground is even Wagyu as well. I do not recommend this business. The outside of meat packaging was bloody and many were torn as...

If you’re buying their meats.. excellent! If you’re processing your meat.. horrible!
I feel they keep meat to sell from our animals through their store and not at all send back what has been processed and supposed to have been packaged for the people paying to have processed.
First pig was dropped off October 31 for a butcher date of November 1. Hanging weight 260lbs, received 120lbs of meat back, 7 weeks later after being told pig would be ready for pickup at 3 weeks.
5 more pigs dropped off. December 5 for processing date of December 6, 5 week turn around.
I know.. we should have learned our lesson on the first pig. My wife Informed them of the cuts we requested, (some meat cuts were not correct when we picked up) we also wanted kidney, liver, hearts, and fat back on all pigs, was told that was fine. Shelbi picked up meat on January 9th, when there Shelbi asked if they had her organs and fat, they told her yes they would load it in the car. When she got home and went to put up meat, there was no organs and fat, she called back up there the same day, and was told they forgot to load the organs and fat, and they would meet her to get it, she told them that she had to work January 16th at the hospital in Weatherford if they wanted to wait and meet her there. Employee showed up with a small bag of “pig organs” no fat, Shelbi called and was told that they couldn’t pull fat off our hogs because they didn’t have a hanging weight over 200lbs, but they would go look to see if there was any fat they got and bring it to her, Shelbi went to look at bag of organs and found beef hearts instead of pigs organs. Employee brought 2 small bags of fat and...
Read moreSorry kids this review took 6 months to give you the better of the doubt. After reading other reviews we have zero choice.out of a 1/2 steer we received 5 filets 6 t-bones and 10 ribeys. The roasts were nice but after buying freezer beef from my original farmer I couldn't help but be taken back by the difference in your processing for us and his. Him being your customer and me being just a customer of his using your facilities. ANYONE considering this as a processing center go in and look at their sale beef and what you take home. We did. I even went back just to buy something and take a look around and again their sale meat toward ours. What do I think? You process meat and definitely take "butchers choice" of our property and give us other cuts. Sorry kids but it is what it is. Again I thought about this for months. After this spring kill and looking at what our money got us this time? Never will we choose you again. Sorry. I would have taken pics but we cooked our filet medallions this weekend. I say medallions because they were the size I cut up for kabobs. Don't get rushed at picup..inventory your property and make them open up your trash bags" and justify the cuts. We used them ONE time. Never again. We have always used Scott's and will continue this tradition. Good...
