Mindy's Boutique — Local services in Weatherford

I found Mindys Boutique on FB a couple years ago and she has the most beautiful clothes, jewelry and accessories I have ever bought from, her prices are the best and shipping is the fastest, I watch almost every live to shop and to be entertained because Mindy and Jr and Misty and all the rest of the ladies that does the lives shows are the most down to earth people I have ever met and they give us ladies the most confidence back into our lives with what's is happening in this world right now, they make us feel like they are our friends and family, I have bought from other Boutiques but never been treated like this and they have the best staff and customer service anywhere and Mindy and Misty and the other ladies are all so beautiful inside and out. Mindy does alot by giving back to the community and hires locally, all her customers love her so much and Jr and all her family that works along side with her and the rest of the ladies that give their all to doing all the Lives, I gave her 5 stars only because that's all I can give her but I would give her a 100! After placing many orders for the past 2 years my last order was never received and when I contacted Mindy’s boutique they did not care for my order they said it was an issue with my post office! My post office couldn’t find anything that wasn’t there! I never received my order or a refund or store credit so I quit shopping here! Other than poor customer service I also notice everything here is cheaply made I was huge on earrings but her clothing items are poor quality for my standards. I’m still dissatisfied to see how she just didn’t care for my order after supporting this small business for some time! If my name does not appear on here it’s because I placed an orders under my Facebook user name! I have all receipts of my purchases you guys did not care to correct this nor do u still care , don’t try and say otherwise now that I left you this review based on your lousy customer service! I am letting other future customers know my experience with you and how you do business if someone never receives their order if it gets lost I’m letting them know you do not care about that it’s a post office...

Mindys Boutique is by far the best place I have ever shopped. Mindy is honest, ethical, empathetic, positive and real. SHE HAS INTEGRITY. Her products are always new, innovative and easy to wear or use. Customer service has always been very responsive, polite and accommodating. I'm never worried when I purchase at Mindys because I know I'm going to get a great product at a good price, shipped to my door as fast as possible...not once in a while, consistently. I order something almost daily, and Mindys is my therapy. The people on the lives do more than just sell products they connect on a personal level. They encourage me to love myself and be kind to others, their silly antics make me laugh which reduces my stress, their heartfelt stories help me realize I am not alone and that sometimes it's ok to not be ok.
