Placed an order on 8/22/25 and have not received it nor has it shipped. I’ve emailed and called and have not heard anything back. UPDATE: Jennifer, the owner, emailed me to let me know that she would take care of my order personally. They use a 3rd party to ship out of state and was having problems with that. After her email I received my order a few days later. Haven’t tried it yet but can’t wait. Thank you for fixing the issue and making it right. She even told me I could cancel my original order and receive my order for free, but I chose not to do that as this is a small business and I do not want them to lose out because of someone else’s issues. Ordered several small jars to try. Took a while to get delivered because i ordered one that was on pre order. I did call twice and emailed once to check on things. Both times I called it was answered with great customer service even though they were busy. and the email was answered as well. Keep up the good work since that is hard to find anymore. Hoochie Hooch Distillery in my opinion has the best tasting moonshine I've ever had and such a wide variety of flavors, ranging from my favorites, cookie dough, and peach flavor (with actual peaches soaked in it) to my husband's favorite, butter pecan.
