Tommy's great for getting your air going and for follow up maintenance should anything go wrong. I've had to call him a couple times a year for maintenance since my install. The only thing I didn't care for was that while I went to pick up breakfast, he arbitrarily decided to move the location of a floor vent to dead center of a walkway. He'd come out at 6:30 to put down painter's tape where I wanted my vents, and not 20 minutes later, he was cutting a hole in my brand new floors where HE wanted it to go and told me he thought it would look better there. He never fixed it and insinuated I should pay my flooring guys to patch it if they did move the vent, WHEN they felt like moving it which would be AFTER the installation was complete. My air went out at 7:30 on a Tuesday. It gets around 100 degrees these days so I knew it couldn’t wait. I googled 24 hour air conditioner repair and starting making calls. I called and called and nobody was willing to come out even though they are listed as a 24 hour service. Tommy’s was about the 14th one down and the only one willing to come out. Tommy said he would send his guy out and at 8:54 pm, Adam called and said he was on the way. By 9:51, we had air again. Adam was an absolute life saver with all these babies I have in my home. Our AC unit went out last night and we asked for recommendations of repair places in the area, not expecting to be able to get anyone to come out today, but within less than 3 hours of our phone call, the technician was at our home and explained everything he had to do and said that he would try to do it within our budget.
