I apologize for not remembering the owner's name, but I wanted to express how much I appreciate his help. Fantastic person and a down-to-earth business owner. I see a lot of myself in you - you genuinely care about helping your customers and ensuring they get exactly what they need, not just focusing on making a profit. (I'll get to that).

I've been using the same computer for over 20 years, and it didn't even have Wi-Fi. When my daughter's gaming computer crashed, you took it and upgraded it for me at a very reasonable price. They ensured I got the parts I needed to handle video editing for my content creation without overpaying for unnecessary items, reinstalled programs, transferred my data, and the result is fantastic. I can't believe how responsive the computer is, and I find myself being much more productive.

I highly recommend your services. I honestly believe you don't charge enough, would have gladly paid four times the amount. Honestly this guy doesn't charge anywhere near what you would expect to pay to have your computer fixed I got in my truck thinking to myself after giving him a tip of 100%, what he charged me how does this guy do it pretty. I can tell you he genuinely cares about what he does as normal people it's easy for us to be taken advantage of easy for us to be sold things we don't need or be told that things were done that weren't...
