Northern Disposal — Local services in Weldon Township

Didn’t pick up my trash last week. I called to inquire, they say it’s because my payment is a week late. I let them know that I’ve already mailed the check, it’s on the way. Another week goes by and they’ve still yet to take my trash. I called again and they told me they didn’t put me back on the schedule because they haven’t received my check, even though I told them it was on the way. All 3 employees I spoke with, the manager included, spoke down to me, treated me as if I was lying and didn’t really have a check in the mail. AND it was literally a week late and $85. I am trying to be understanding but when I call you and tell you that the payment is on the way, and you still don’t take my trash, It’s very frustrating. So now I’ve had to take time out of my day to call again and see why the trash wasn’t picked up. You have ONE JOB, Just pick up the trash and be nice to your customers! It would’ve been an easy fix, “I’m sorry there was a mixup with the payment, we will get your trash next week.” That’s all it would’ve took. Northern Disposal is perfect for us. Had a roller with one of the big companies but with 2 people in our home it would go out with one or two 13 gallon bags each week. After meeting Cory on a work project in Thompsonville, (which he was donating his time and equipment) we decided to go with Northern Disposal. Because we have to go to Thompsonville with our recycle, we now use Northern’s 33 gallon purple bags and drop off when we bring recycle. Huge savings for us! We have had GFL and republic, but we have been with northern disposal for the longest because The trash service is unbeatable, local, family owned and operated, started by the most amazing people who grew up locally so nothing beats that connection! We have gotten a couple roll off dumpsters for big clean ups and the service is prompt and pick up is a breeze, also nothing is better than not having to haul your own trash load and they take almost anything! We have been so happy with the service since starting, and try and convert all our friends and family to the northern disposal way of life!...
