I am NOT exaggerating when I say that Beck’s Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things about them! I have hired them multiple times over the years and it’s always been a top-notch job! I had been getting a foul odor from my disposal. I used many of those “foaming cleaners” but it was still bad. No matter how long I ran the disposal, there was still “stuff” left inside it (it wasn’t pretty for sure!). I decided to replace it and my tired old sink and faucet. When Beck’s arrived, they took one glance under my sink and identified that it was not properly installed in the first place! I had more hoses under there than a well-stocked Home Depot as well! There was little room for storage. After they were done, I was amazed that I could fit large containers of soap and dishwasher soap with tons of room to spare! Good bye 6 ounce bottles of detergent! Daddy’s got room for Costco size stuff now!!! lol And I love the look of my new sink and faucet and the best part is no more FAUL ODER!!! In addition to their superb work as plumbers, EVERYONE I have had contact with this company is bright, polite and courteous! Very friendly and they are sure you are 100% happy with their work. They say they will come back immediately if there’s a problem with their work, but I have never had to call them back on a job. As you can see, I am a huge fan of Beck’s and I would never consider using a different plumbing service!!! And...

Called Becks for a leaking faucet. After meeting with him we discussed my options and chose the one he recommended. The repair was done and he was paid then a week later same thing he came back to fix it and we thought all was good. Think again a week later same dang thing except when I called he wasn't available to do come back for up to 2 weeks. I figured no big deal until I seen the water bill. He finally came back and at this time needed to fix the original issue plus now my drain needed replaced. Holes needed to be cut in my ceiling and a few more hundred dollars spent. Now the faucet is leaking again and after asking him to come back to repair his repair of his repair he became very ride with me and was very upset that I was quetioning his integrity. I wonder why I was questioning the integrity. I would not recommend Becks plumbing I thinking has a lot to learn about how to handle business and customers. Beck's heating and plumbing saved our butts! Our water heater went out at a bad time😐 (when is it ever a good time?)We HAD to get it replaced ASAP as we have a new addition to our family, a new baby🤱! Beck's replaced it literally in one day ,they went above and beyond they did it right, they did it as fast and the lady on the phone was impeccable ! what a sweetheart. Then about 5 weeks later we had an issue with a pipe upstairs (totally unrelated to the water heater) they came right back and took care of that too! Money was on our minds due to our new baby and it didn't hurt too bad they gave us a pretty damn good price considering how fast they job got done! David their serviceman was quite knowledgeable, very well mannered and he wiped his feet each time he went in and out of the house. I really appreciated THAT. Good Service !
