I attempted to pay my Greenlight gas bill online through their convenient online payment portal with a bank draft (not a credit card) only to have a $3.99 "convenience fee" added to the total, well DUH!! What is up with that sneaky and very un-customer friendly back door, under the counter and rather crooked cash snatching maneuver??? I just abruptly decided to cancel out of their prehistoric, sneaky, cash snatching payment portal and will just mail them a check via "snail mail" for the cost of a USPS postage stamp and it therefore will be a few more days before they actually get the funds out of my bank account and into their bank account. These people need to come on out of the stone age thus allowing them to wake up and smell the roses. No competition often brings out the "dark" side of ones "here-to-fore" unseen business practices. It just goes to remind us that it's rather important to read the small print before we jump into the "expensive convenience pit" to pay a bill!!
