Absolutely terrible service and NO follow through whatsoever. Asked him to come look at supplementing an existing in home audio system and when I showed him the data center, before I could say anything, he started pulling out cables and hastily claiming "well this doesn't do anything." After he left and promised to get back to me about the equipment I would need to upgrade my sound system, my entire desktop and wifi system stopped working. I called him immediately, within ten minutes of his visit, and the first words out of his mouth when I told him about the problem with my entire wi-fi network were "it's not anything I did." Needless to say I was a taken aback by this response, and when I asked him to come by and at least look to see if it was something he might have done he said in a very frustrated tone of voice, "well, I would have to spend at least 30 minutest trouble shooting it." I was absolutely stunned at his unwillingness to come investigate the issue and we ended our conversation quickly after it was clear he wasn't even going to entertain the possibility that he may have even inadvertently disconnected my wifi.

Well, two days and between four to six hours of my time and two service visits from my wifi installer later, we discovered it definitely WAS due to the cables and the feeds he disconnected without being asked to. Mr. Munn's arrogance is TOTAL, and he has yet to follow up with me about the work he said he was doing to do. Instead, he has decided to avoid me, not so much as giving me the courtesy to tell he doesn't want to work for me anymore. No call, no email, nothing and all this transpired nearly two months ago. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THIS FLY BY THE SEAT OF HIS PANTS KNOW IT ALL CHARLATAN!!! TERRIBLE!!! If I could rate him with negative stars I would! I recently had the opportunity to meet and work with Danny, the owner of Xtreme Theatre and Sound. I was in need of a home CD player and he informed me that very few companies were making them anymore, and that I would have a hard time locating one. I ask if he knew of any place where I might find one in Fort Collins or the surrounding area. To my surprise he said he had just installed several whole house sound systems for a couple clients and he had two CD players that he was going to recycle. He gave them to me at no charge. I was surprised when he invited me to his home to pick up the CD players. He went through each player checked them out to make sure they worked properly and gave them to me. I found Danny to be a very knowledgeable about his craft, and more importantly very honest and friendly to me and I am sure to all his clients. We have been extremely happy with Xtreme Audio and Visual. We worked with Danny on a new construction project in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The project included installation of a music system, several TVs and a full Lutron RadioRA2 home control system. This project was the first one that our contractor and many subcontractors had worked on with these systems and Danny effectively coordinated all sub-contractors, including electrical, HVAC and lighting to ensure proper installation. This was not an easy task, as our electrical contractor was not open to the idea and took a lot of hands on oversight. The final product has fully met our expectations. We love the lighting and temperature control provided by the Lutron system. Danny has been superb on follow-up for any of the small issues we have faced.
