Roy's Market — Local services in Wells

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received at your store this afternoon. As a loyal customer who regularly shops at Roy’s Market, I was shocked and disheartened by the treatment I encountered.

While checking out, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from one of your cashiers, Stephanie. Upon approaching her register, she refused to check me out, stating that she "can’t stand me." This incident appears to stem from a previous encounter two years ago, where she disrespected my wife, leading to a disagreement. It is disappointing to see that such personal grievances are still being held against me as a customer.

Adding to my frustration, another employee, Patty, often behaves rudely towards customers. I have noticed that she shows favoritism towards certain individuals, which is both unfair and unprofessional. My friends and I have often considered avoiding your store when she is on duty due to her unpleasant demeanor. This is particularly concerning as Roy's Market is the only grocery store within a significant distance, making it difficult for us to shop elsewhere.

On a positive note, I would like to commend Phyllis, who always provides excellent service in the mornings. Her professionalism and friendly attitude make shopping at your store a pleasant experience.

However, the negative experiences I’ve had with Stephanie and Patty have left a lasting impression. It is unacceptable for customers to be treated with such disrespect. I urge you to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with the respect they deserve.

Roy's Market is located in Wells NV. Wells NV is rather small. An earthquake 2008 Msgnitude 6 crumbled the old brick buildings hotel and casinos. It was founded 1869 ss a water Station for the Central Pacific Railroad. Wells has been been used by travelers for thousands of years. In the tradition of the first supply store Roys Market can be seen from the i 80, Many travelers bot and thirsty or just need to purchase supplies as they travel the roads of Nevada. Roy's provides them w.ith almost all..they need. It has always been a pleasent expierence to shop at the Wells Maerket The employees cheerful and know exactly what is on the shelves and run to get it for you. I have saved up to $50 on a $275 Total. The meat is I think better than ...... the produce is fresh and stays fresh in the fridge for over a week and fruits depending on what it is can make shopping g once a month a way to save money on fuel and at the cash register. I have on many occasions found products to be outdated as much as 3 months. I have on several occasions taken these products to the cashier telling them that these products are outdated. To my dismay I have returned the following day to find them back on the shelf. I started putting an inconspicuous dot on the out dated products to see if they reshelve them, and they do it everytime. Their produce is awful, rotten on many occasions, especially potatoes. I've found meat out dated as much as two weeks.
