Kroger — Local services in Wellsburg District

8pm Sunday. Not one fresh strawberry in the store. A price in front of potatoes said $2.69, however the tags weren't marked so the way they were scattered on top of each other it was hard to tell which bags were that price. I asked the young man at the checkout, he said these are $4.99 or $4.49, not sure. Another employee at the end of the checkout asked if o had my Kroger card. I said yes, thought maybe she was going to cut me a break. The store was not packed, no one was waiting behind me and neither clerk offered to get me the cheaper advertised ones. However a week ago I was there looking for Gold Peak sweet tea and I must have had the puzzled look like when you can't find something . So a lady looked my way and I asked her where the tea was located. She was so very pleasant and helpful, told me I was way off base and nicely zipped down two aisles to take me too it. She was very helpful, super nice, so I asked her her nsme..Cleo...hats off, kudos to Cleo, that's good custtomer service, you should show everyone how it should...

Local supermarket pretty much the only one that's within a short distance. I really do like krogers tho they always have deals on stuff like example if you buy 10 powerade's you get them for a dollar a piece like 10 for 10 dollars that's just an example they have alot of stuff like that. I also enjoy the money off each gallon of gas depending on how many points you have. If u spend enough money throughout the month you have the opportunity to get a dollar off a gallon. Might not sound like alot but if u use it when your tanks empty then you will end up getting a few gallons of gas for free...

Kroger's Pharmacy and groceries. A great place to shop. Only problem I have, and it is in a lot of stores now, is the self check-out. I won't use them because I prefer to deal with a REAL person. I don't like the idea that I am helping to cut humans from a much needed job so companies can make more profit. And something seems to screw up and you have to on someone to correct whatever the problem is so your not saving time. And as I said, I prefer to deal with a Real person and the pleasantries of human interaction! Thank you for the opportunity to express...
