Val and Dave catered my wedding and it was amazing. The wedding guests, which comprised of a lot of serious foodies from San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, and Las Vegas, have raved about the food for the weeks that followed my wedding. As someone who has catered on and off for 7 years, i was thoroughly impressed and I highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job!!!

I will also note that they did not flinch at the incredibly difficult menu that we asked for. The menu my husband and I asked for was entirely tapas style and was designed to accommodate guests with nut, fish, or berry allergies as well as the guests who were vegan, vegetarian or gluten free. While still allowing the guests without restrictions to enjoy their preferred foods.

The meal itself was really delicious and they somehow managed to cook close to 200 pieces of lamb to a perfect level of medium (every piece i saw was at the exact same level of done). While also being able to put together an dish called saganaki (Greek flaming cheese) which we used in the ceremony itself.

So if you have any doubts about working with this company, don't worry. They will take care of you and provide you amazing food, on time service and are just a joy...

After we booked our venue the first thing we did was book this vendor since we heard this was hands down the best place in the area to have cater the wedding. One of the best things about Ravenous is that they will help you create the menu you want--meaning you don't need to pick a few things off a pre-built list. We knew we wanted an epic taco bar and Ravenous helped us build the perfect menu of appetizers, sides, and of course tacos with all the toppings you could ever want.

Our guests loved that they were able to clearly see on the menu and labels what was vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free too. The food lived up to the hype and was tasty and fresh (something important to me)! My sister also claimed this was the best guacamole she had ever had. Ravenous was easy to work with and helpful with answering all our questions over the long time between booking/wedding date. On the wedding date, they worked so seamlessly with the venue staff and our day-of-coordinator my involvement was no more than a hello and thank you.

Ravenous was incredible! I might be a little bit biased seeing as how it was my wedding, but the food they made for us was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. For our rehearsal dinner they made schnitzel with a mushroom gravy that was out of this world. Multiple people went back for seconds and even thirds. They also made an assortment of appetizers, including shrimp beignets and soft pretzels with a variety of mustards, that were delicious! The wedding meal really knocked our socks off! The chicken and steak were perfectly cooked, which is not something I’ve experienced on that scale. Usually chicken cooked for 80+ people ends up a little dry, but theirs was juicy and full of flavor. Ravenous has friendly and helpful staff that excel at their jobs. I can’t think of a single complaint. The food was ready and delicious on time, the bartenders were personable and seemed to be having a good time, and all our guests had nothing but good things to say. I can’t emphasize strongly enough how awesome Ravenous Catering was for us! If you have an event that needs catering, go with Ravenous and I guarantee you will not be...
