I’ve used Jolanta’s design for alterations on more than one occasion and each time I am blown away by the quality of her work to the point that I called her with a very important task, fixing my daughter’s beloved stuffed owl after our dog fit, its eyes off. From start to finish Jolanta’s design was beyond professional and empathetic. They took the time to explain the manner in which they could try fixing the stuffed animal and promised to see what they could do without jeopardizing the stuffed animal. We needed golf shorts hemmed-up on a Sunday, so my son could take them with him away to a golf tournament for a week starting on that following Monday.
