After 20 moves, living in 8 States and 5 countries on 3 Continents the concept of building our dream home was enticing. So we entered into the process with the TOA team at Brandywine Farms PA Community. We had a healthy amount of skepticism at the out set, but we were very impressed with our sales representative (Christine D.) our design assistant (Nancy K.) and most importantly our builder (Tyler V.). Christine made us comfortable with the process and helped us secure what we believe is a premier lot. She stayed with us the entire process and ensured everything was in place for closing. Nancy worked tirelessly to accommodate what must have seemed like an unprecedented list of coordinated options. She quickly grasped my wife’s style and color pallet and provided us with complementary options that brought the dream together. Tyler was an absolute master of juggling as he worked unavoidable weather delays, inconvenient supply chain challenges and buyer concerns, real and imagined. We were not local to the build site, but Tyler’s kept us informed with weekly Photo updates. Every phone call or voice mail was answered expeditiously. He never missed a beat even while balancing the arrival of a new family member. Having worked in process management and sub-contractor coordination, I was very impressed by his ability to keep all the balls in the air from start to finish. One impressive young man, and a pleasure to work with.

Of course there are, as always, a handful of items to finish up, but we are confident everything will be closed out with due haste. All in all, Thanks to our TOA team our dream home experience exceeded...

I have lived at TOA Brandywine Farms now for three weeks and am very pleased with my home and neighborhood. With the help of my salesperson Lori and my personal builder Ted, I have been able to put together my dream home. I lived two hours away from my house as it was being built but both Lori, in the beginning stages and Ted, supervising the construction, always kept me in the loop with information and pictures. They were both highly communicative and found answers to all of my questions. If they didn't know the answer, they made sure to research and get back to me. That quality is priceless in today's world. I am very glad to have moved here and hope for many blessed...
