Dissapointed!!!! Worse service and heavily salted food.

My husband and I visited yesterday and eagerly waited for a server. She showed up 15 minutes later rushed, placed Menus down, and walked away. When she returned, she said, "Ready to order, and I said," Can we order drinks? " She was rushed to take our order and did not explain anything. Our drinks did not come for 30 minutes and only because another person brought them.

The only POSITIVE was the Gaucho/meat server he was amazing and so friendly and brought all the meat the way we liked. The unfortunate part is that everything is heavily salted.

But where did our server go? No idea she did not return to refill drinks or ask how everything was. We were never approached by anyone asking us how it was.

We stopped the hostess who had to try and figure out how to get our check and ps TIP is included in the bill.

I’ve gone to the Rockland mineiros for years (they catered my wedding too) so when they opened another location right down the street from me I was ecstatic! I highly recommend to everyone. The atmosphere is great and everyone is always so friendly. If you aren’t familiar with the set up you can do rodizio style (they bring the meat to you) where it’s all you can eat. You can pay by the pound as well. If you’ve never had before, I highly highly recommend getting picanha (beef) and a guarana (soft drink - reminds me of raspberry ginger ale). I do wish they had signage explaining the options and what to do. If you aren’t familiar and you walk in for the first time I could see being confused and...
