Northern Lights Daylilies — Local services in West Concord

NOTE - this is not normally open to the public other than a few select days a year, and those are weather and condition contingent. So you can disregard those negative reviews, I'm sure! It's a privilege to get to be there, not a right. So, if you go for one of those day, it's beyond worth it!

But, as an online vendor, know that they "under-promise and over-deliver"...which is a wonderful way to run a business, something I try to do myself. We check the facebook page early in the morning and no info was provided about any closures. Car full of us drove 2 hours down. Sky was clear, it wasn't raining and there was no standing water in the fields which we could see clear as day from the road. But the biggest issue is the guy who came to the gate just shrugged and said "oh well". If they want to close, they should do so before their 9am start time. This place is really far from anywhere and people need to drive to get there. And I get closing, I don't get the Oh...

For 2 weekends in the summer,(already occurred, as of 8/13/22)this place offers $5 for each clump of flowers). We found this out the weekend before, and came and bought $45 dollars worth! They supply garden forks and some plastic bags. But you could still bring Rubbermaid bins or plastic bags, just in case. The volunteers or employees are SUPER helpful and nice before, during, and after you pick /dig your flower bunches. Check out...
