Never had my eyelashes done and after seeing so many great reviews, I wanted to give them a shot at being the first to work on my lashes. I’ve called multiple times and even left voicemails a few months ago. Never even got a call back. I had so many questions and originally wanted to try the lash lift and tint and MAYBE working up to the classic or volume lash set after seeing how the experience would feel with me getting my lashes done. But I was never even given a chance to speak with them. I just feel like because I wanted a lift and tint done, maybe it wasn’t worth their time. Disappointing but I don’t think they deserve one star being that I never got a chance to try them but they also don’t deserve 5 stars either.
