👎 This company engages in poor business practices, such as sending unsolicited direct messages to people on social media (Facebook) with business propositions. According to Facebook Messenger, the message was automatically sent by a bot after I clicked on an ad. This is false. I never clicked on this company's ad, nor am I interested in doing business with any company that uses this kind of intrusive marketing.

AS INFO: It has long been the policy of this critic to respond negatively to companies that solicit or spam via phone or email. My contact details are on multiple Do Not Contact lists, and any company reaching out that way likely purchased my information—an unacceptable practice. However, due to the broken nature of Facebook’s ad system and how easily it allows companies to spam private citizens, I have become more lenient—but only when the company apologizes for the unsolicited contact.
