I had even researched and did not realize that I would need another person to vouch for me if I didnāt have my passport with me (which I would have brought if I knew, I had been dropped off by an uber). It was a freezing cold night and took around 40 min to complete the whole process. I think part of that as due to the poor reception on my phone but still I was shocked it took so long (and I picked up after 11pm so to find a person awake to vouch for me was a miracle.)
