I wasnt going to write a review, but the more I think about it.... I dropped a gun off there a year ago today. Was told they were behind and I said that was fine. Totally understand. So a year later I decide to go pick up my gun. When I told the person behind the counter I was there to pick it up, he asked if they had called me. Told him no and then the attitude came out. He asked if I was going to take it somewhere else. Told him yes to which he replied, "Good! You're gonna wait longer somewhere else. Just so you know." Then he proceeds to tell me they are months and months and years behind. Years behind?!?!? Maybe instead of taking on so much work and letting it pile up, how about not taking so much, informing customers you're not taking guns till you get caught up and then notifying when you're taking work again. I get being busy. But not looking at a gun for a year with no updates or communication? And catching attitude for just wanting my gun back and not once being rude about it . Thats pretty poor customer service and business practices. I only ever spoke to owner when gun was dropped off. He determined what was wrong and tl and never once offered names of other 'smiths. Then I dealt with 2 counter people. The one who checked me in was a nice guy. It was the one who gave my gun back who made it a bad experience. Great business that did great work on my firearms. I needed a scope mount on a rem700 that required drilling and tapping, a hand guard put on a 45-70 that is notoriously difficult to install, and they also did work on two upper receivers for me, first removing a barrel device from an expensive SR-25 upper (I absolutely would have warped the barrel) and they also re-pinned and welded a device onto a 14.5 barrel for me, and they took enough care to save the old muzzle brake even though I told them I didn’t care if they destroyed it in order to get it off.

Good work takes time, but they always answered the phone and were easy to communicate with, and they got my rifle done by the date I needed it for. Anytime I need complex or non-routine gunsmith work done, I will absolutely...

Absolutely terrible gun shop. We dropped off a magazine to be repaired over a month ago. When we dropped it off we were told it would only take a few days. We called this morning and we're put on hold for 25 minutes before we gave up. We went to the store to see if we could see what is happening with our magazine. Nobody knew what was happening and they could not find it. We were told the gun Smith isn't in today and had to take his mom to the hospital. I feel bad that she in the hospital but that doesn't explain why it has been over a month with no communication. They ended up finding our magazine still sitting at the front register with no work on it for over a month. This place is a joke. We'll never go back and we'll spread the word about what a joke...
