DG Market — Local services in West Odessa

The worst store that I've ever been a customer in. Cashiers don't understand nor speak any kind of English so when I try to talk to them about prices not ringing up what the price tags are advertising on the shelves. So it's pay the over price it's ringing up on the register as to what the sale ad signs advertise on the shelves or the sticker price that is on the shelves. It is an everytime I go in this store it's like this. These employees should be trained that if they can't or don't understand English to at least get another employee called up to the cash register that does understand. Not every one is fortunate enough to speak & understand Spanish, I wished I did but I don't. Went into this dg market today and the cashier yahaira was very very rude over a simple question I had asked because she does work there obviously and I am daily customer to this store so it sits uneasy with me but I will no longer go in there as long as she’s working there and while training a new employee like this is not the image you want to give your new hires I said “okay maam are you the manager and she violently raised her voice and said no but she will be here in the morning to answer any of your needs” and mind you she didn’t even talk English this was all in...

Horrible service from the cashier and manager. I use the app for my coupons, half of the time the system doesn't apply the the coupons even with entering my phone number. All of my coupons were valid and eligible. $25 worth of coupons didn't apply. The manager saw my coupons and didn't even make an attempt to correct the issue. So, I walked out with none of my items that I wanted to purchase because of her lack of trying to make it right or even caring about the customer. I will not ever be back to that store. This has...
