Dollar General — Local services in West Odessa

This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The store was messy, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and even raised their voices at my husband and me in front of other customers. We were followed so closely it felt uncomfortable and discriminatory—twice my husband had to ask a worker to back up. When confronted them, they laughed and said, “It’s our job.”

The young man who works night shift, was sooo good to me. My card wasn’t working cause I guess the system was having difficulties, I had no cash so he paid for my diapers and other things. I was so grateful I just hope he knows how much that meant to me. He was so polite too and just an all around great employee, I hope to catch him again...
