Here's my breakdown

Price - 5 Stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Super Affordable. Actually, it's on the lower side of things compared to most places. You really can't beat the prices.

Cleanliness - 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Immaculate! Always clean and tidy.

Massage- 🌟🌟🌟 It's ok. All of the towel rubbing is a little strange. It feels like I'm getting dry-bathed. I do love the hot stones. The back of the neck rub is one of my favorite parts of the massage.

Ambiance 🌟 You get what you paid for. The room doesn't give off massage vibes. Other than a device to play light music in the background and a tabletop waterfall, there is nothing else in the room. No extra smells goods, no warmth, the real relaxation/ meditation feel doesn't exist.

Staff Interaction 🌟🌟 Here's where it gets dicey. I've been here a few times. I am always greeted when I arrive, which is a good thing.

Payment🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 You are asked to pay before services, which is perfectly fine with me. They accept cards or cash.

Tipping 🌟 During the last visit, I was not asked about tips.On previous visits, I was asked to tip, and they even waited for it. They do read the comments and respect the feedback.

Booking 🌟🌟🌟 They have pretty flexible hours. I think they stay open until almost 9 pm. You can easily book by calling or going online. You'll get a text back.

Suggestions:

Tipping A. If tips are super important, maybe look at upping your price to include the tip or clarify that tipping is essential to staff before people book. B. Make a printed sheet with tipping suggestions /expectations, like at the bottom of restaurant receipts.

Rooms A. Add a heating/cooling fan so clients can pick a temperature that works for them or keep one room cooler and the other warmer. B. Add a TV and loop a YouTube massage sound video. Clients can pick rain sounds or music C. Color changing lamps/mood lighting D. Room darkners- opens up options to adjust lighting E. Aromas - get some standard scents for the room or invest in sprays or scented massage oils

Overall: Am I going back? Yes! The price is unbeatable for an hour. If they don't make modifications I'll just do what I did last time and bring my wireless headphones to play my music and spray my essential oils before the start of...

While the massage itself wasn’t horrible… it was the environment that made it difficult to relax. This place is located right on a main road so you can constantly hear cars, sirens, etc. Coco melon played on the speaker as my partner and I got massaged, the person giving the massage answered the phone multiple times to schedule other appointments, what was done on one side of my body was not consistent with the other and my masseuse was even texting periodically during my service. The ending of the massage was very abrupt. I felt very pressured to leave a 5 star review and was only complimented in hopes that I’d do so. To top it all off… the masseuse was apparently offended by the tip amount. As if a tip is even a requirement. We were reluctant to tip to begin with because the service was subpar, so to still give something and be treated how we were is a slap in the face. Despite all of the above, with a proper routine for massages, a receptionist and louder music or sound proofing the place… it does have potential...

The massage was ok. From the start to finish, everything was rushed. I called and asked to push back the time to 1 hr, she agreed. 5 mins in, while I was in the parking lot, she kept calling me asking if we were coming. When we showed up, she asked me to come back in half an hour so she could finish up her client. So, I went to a store to waste half an hour. About 15 mins in, she calls me again and tells me to come now. I told her I'm not there yet that I will be there at the assigned time. As we started heading back, she kept calling. Finally on arrival, we were rushed into a room given a few minutes to change and they started massaging. The entire time, the person massaging me was just rubbing me and not really doing much. During the massage, the woman kept scheduling other appointments. Once it hit the end of time, they ended abruptly and left to see another client. Not...
