This place is new around my eria and I have done a few pick ups here and there. I was having a Xmas gathering at my house like I do every year. My tradition is every women being a dish and the men being thier chose of a drink. In my menu I had pork but it wasn't enough, so we ordered a half pan at bravo 5 days before the event, the cost was $30.00. Mind you I've never order food from a store, I usually i cook it myself, but I didn't have the tym. So our order was suppose to be picked up on xmas eve at 7pm, thay called and said it was READY at 4pm. When it got here of course i looked at it and it was pale, and in between it was sort of glossy . I thought it might be a spice or somthing, but thought thay knew what thay were doing. As the night approached the first pan that was bought from a friend finished, so i quickly got the other we ordred from bravos. I began to heat it up and smelled somthing awful and so did my guest. I followed the smell and it was the pork !! I was so inbarresesd and didn't understand what had happened? I had to dispose it at once ! When I put all my thoughts together that night, I finally figured it out... the person who cooked it proberly didn't want to stay till 7pm so thay put my order to cook ASAP and when it was cooked on top to them it was ok ! Two days after I went to bravos mgr, told him what had happened and how upset and disappointed we were with their service and how lucky thay were that my guest didn't get sick. Not only was the pork not cooked completely but the $30 went down the drain, with no refund or store credit !!! So i will NEVER order food again from this place.... all he said was .....wow and he will find out what happened. .. poor service and unfair...
Read moreThe worse experience at this supermarket. I felt like I was discriminated by the security guard. I walk in to the store with a small plastic bag in my hand that I purchased from hairstore right there in the same plaza. I always have done this multiple times and never had any type of issues before. The security guard saw me walk pass her and kept looking at me funny. when I walked back towards her to take a look at the meat that i was planning on buying, she then looked me up and down and said to me YOU CAN'T HE IN THE STORE WITH THAT BAG IN YOUR HAND. I replied saying YOU CAN LOOK AND SEE WHATS IN THE BAG ,I ALSO HAVE MY RECEIPT. she then said to me GO TAKE IT TO THE FRONT OR I HAVE TO LEAVE THE STORE. I replied THEIR'S OTHER PEOPLE IN HERE WITH BAGS TOO. WHY ONLY COME TO ME? so then I waked away. She then started to fallow me around the store as if I was some thief. I decided to just go straight to the register and cash out because it was so embarrassing. I've been visiting this location for years now and NEVER had and issues before. SHES RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. YOULL NEED TO REALLY CHECK AND SEE WHERE SHE GOT HER SECURITY LICENSES. Because that's not the way to handle matters. She should have been nice and said MA'AM, BAG ARE NOT ALLOWED IN HERE ,BUT ILL GLADLY TAKE UP FRONT FOR YOU , YOU CAN ASK FOR IT ON YOUR WAY OUT. Ist just sad and shameful the way people act just because the have a little...
Read moreI love Bravo. Living in the Ives Dairy area, it's been tough to either go to Winn Dixie and feel depressed, or drive over to Publix and spend a fortune. With Bravo entering the neighborhood, I feel like I have a new grocery store home, as they have a tremendously well stocked selection of produce (more than I've ever seen anywhere else, really, by volume, not necessarily by variety). Their meat market is varied as well, including goat, oxtail, etc. They have a breakfast special that is tough to beat, as well as a decent selection of other dry goods. Bravo doesn't have a humongous variety for those who are looking for 50 different choices of ketchup or pickles, but it has all of the necessities...
