Arrangement & Pricing Discrepancies:
I placed a sizable order consisting of two separate deliveries to the same person for Valentine's Day 2021. The flowers received by my sweetheart were very much appreciated and adored however, a small box of chocolates I ordered was overlooked... There was also another quite troubling issue.
After delivery, significant discrepancies existed between one of the arrangements I ordered (what was advertised online and pricing) and what was actually delivered.
The arrangement I chose consisted of 18 roses, the arrangement that was received only contained 6 (six) roses with other filler flowers that were not part of the pictured arrangement shown online. The owner tried to say that there was an online disclaimer that stated substitutions may be made, but that was not true. I took screenshots of the online description, no disclaimer existed, and sent it to him as proof.
According to the owner Keith, the contracted company that advertises arrangements (not just for Blue Mountain Blooms, but for many other florists) were underpriced and Keith ommited a dozen roses. After discussing this with the owner it was "assumed" that the advertiser was in error on description verses actual pricing, even though he took my order a week prior and quoted me the online price. I was disappointed Keith tried to BS me regarding pricing. He offered to remedy the discrepancy by providing a fair discount along with apologies. I trust BMB will be addressing this with his advertising company. Be wary when ordering from online with Blue Mountain Blooms. The arrangements provided were lovely, Just be sure to thoroughly discuss your floral arrangement orders and correct pricing compared to what is advertised online. My family had a health emergency and a loved one sent us flowers to brighten our day. Unfortunately due to the emergency we had to leave town indefinitely and they were unable to deliver it. Though it took us a little bit to figure out what had happened and I would’ve understood if they were frustrated that no one was their to pick up the delivery, they were instead very kind, patient, and understanding and simply told us to give them a ring when we were back in town and they’d deliver a fresh arrangement, which they promptly did. The flowers were beautiful and their compassion was even more so - thank you Blue...
   Read moreI ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were delivered the same day and my Mom was thrilled. She told me how beautiful they were and 2 weeks later said they still look like the day she got them with only a few petals having fallen off. I also ordered a mylar balloon with the flowers and this never was not received with the flowers. I emailed them about the confusion and I got a call (on a Saturday evening) from the owner himself. He was very apologetic and offered to personally deliver it. i told him it wasn't necessary and he then offered to refund the amount of the balloon.
