Sorry to say we won't be returning. My family and I came to Shneiter's just to go out on the range. Google had listed their business to close at 9 PM. We arrived at 6:45 PM, only to be stopped by a man with a condescending and offensive tone. He informed us that the range had been closed for an hour. I understand that Google often makes mistakes and it could've been out of Shneiter's power to change it. However, the man who we encountered ridiculed us for "looking at the internet or something" despite the fact it's 2019. The man made us feel ignorant and inferior, and left us provoked and shaken. The only way to express his character is an ultimate douchebag, with him feeling the need to point to the sun to explain it was almost down, as if we didn't comprehend the idea of the earth revolving the sun. His diction was condescending, and his tone was unsympathetic. A golf course can't function with simply a clean range and good prices. It also needs to keep in mind the customer's experience and the mistakes we may make. Us arriving past closing was our mistake, this man's disreard for any...

M40 with 32 handicap. Just started golfing seriously this year. And this place was great. They have a small 5 hole par 3 course (under 100yrds) for you to practice your short game. Cost me $5, and absolutely worth the price! A nice looking putting green I didn't try since I snagged a last minute open slot to play the front 9.
I loved how open the course was, I didn't loose a single ball. That alone made it worth coming back. Even though the course was open the rough was deep enough that you want to keep it in the fairway.
There was a hang up with pace of play ahead of us that had the marshall come out to address, so I forgot to get photos of 7 and 8 while I was grumbling.
Clayton the groundskeeper was super friendly as I was working my way through the par 3 course while he was repairing divots on the greens.
I'm sure I'll be back the next time I can get...
Read moreCan’t say enough about this course, The staff was very pleasant. We drove down from Idaho and had a great day golfing, the course was in great shape. I accidentally left my golf rangefinder (Golf Buddy) in the cart and realized a couple days later. I called the course and asked them if they had found it by chance, and the guy that answered the phone ( Jon Schneiter) said yes he had it at the counter. Living in idaho I wouldn’t be able to get down to pick it up so I offered to pay them if they would mail it to me. John said he would be happy to mail it to me and he did not want to charge me a cost. I received my Golf buddy a few days later. I was totally impressed and great full and can’t say enough about how honest and kind Jon was. In today’s world it is so refreshing to come across people like this... Thank you...
