I reached out to this company for help with replacement pieces I need for my teak wood table. They’re strangely thin pieces that I’ve struggled to find, so I provided photos of the cracked pieces, as well as measurements. A rep named Kevin got back to me and immediately had an attitude, saying he “doesn’t know why I would send measurements in inches and cm” I replied commented on how rude he was, and told him I’m not a teakwood expert and he could have simply explained to me how they prefer measurements are sent in. I have tried to do business with this company twice. Both times, they quoted me a specific price per board foot, but then tried to charge me MUCH more after they calculated the total. The first time, the price came from the catalog they sent me. The second time, I asked them to verify the price in the catalog, which they did. But on both occasions, they raised that price A LOT at checkout time, and refused to honor their original price.
