this place is great and I make the extra drive from scranton to come here instead of the circle.. this place is much better. they are not greedy here. we can go on a Sunday and get a reduced price and the food is so reasonable and it's good! the last time I went on a Sunday with my family.. 3 of us and 2 boxers.. we paid 15 to get in and less than 10 bucks fed all of us! I made the mistake of going to the circle on Sunday and paid 27 to get in and over 30 bucks on food that my son spit out after one bite.. it was soggy! and the people in the front row decided to get out a big flashlight and start trying to fix their car in the middle of the movie! shining a light in my eyes and their battery was dead because I doubt they had ever been to a drive in and didn't have the decency to wait until the movie was over! my partner even offered to help them if they would wait until the movie was over.. no dice.. they said no we just have to do this.. meaning we just have to shine this giant light in your eyes and talk during the movie. why did know employees notice and tell them that they needed to wait until the movie was over??? 🤯 I attempted to tell them that.. believe me! I even told them where the flashlight 🔦 would go! never going to the circle again.. the moonlite is better in every single way! keep up the good work guys! you are giving us great service at a good price and we appreciate it! this is how you run a business and have...
Read moreThis is a great family drive-in! They have a great big new screen and their parking spots are on slight inclines to better view the screen. It was a great move on their part; no straining your neck to see the screen.
There is plenty of parking and the station to play the movie audio comes in crystal clear. The grounds are very clean and well kept. Not dusty at all like other drive-ins I've been to.
They usually play older movies but I think it will get better over time and with support as they grow and develop; besides it really brings the nostalgia of a drive-in.
Their concession stand is brand new and clean; so are their bathrooms. The food is good and well priced and the staff are very friendly.
If you haven't visited you should take a trip out to visit. The tickets are fairly inexpensive especially for two movies. Just have an open mind. I think with support this place will grow into something absolutely wonderful. It's definitely something positive and inexpensive that this area needed. Plus it's always good to see a revival of an old abandoned business... you wouldn't have even guessed a few years ago that is what it was. It's practically brand new. Kudos to the new owners, staff, and labors. Give this place a shot and some support! I've been there twice and plan to...
Read moreVery nice, tucked inside a Grove near the city. Nighttime creature sounds abound. The smell of nature is delightful there. Concessions is limited. Staff have a great attitude, but no cheese burgers. The fries were weird, some were almost black, while most were not crispy. I dislike freshly cut potato fries, and I think these were reheated. The chicken fries are said to be real chicken, but I'm not a fan of them. They were not really ANY different than others. The cheese cup was watery and gross, not edible. Popcorn is a go! Price to get in is nice. Little radios can be rented, so that your truck battery doesn't die, but mine wasn't charged, which annoyed me. I was hoping good movies from Angel Studios For example but I was told no. The other thing is the king of kings movies was shown with minecraft. I watched Minecraft Elf on the same demonic people like Jack Black opening portals to hell and this is what we're showing the kids. I brought it up but it was brushed off period as a Christian I'm tired of Bean discounted and having to deal with so much demonic trash. They would get a lot more business if they showed wholesome and good things...I say that fir ALL...
