It’s fine for next day delivery. Used Native during my cooking time in Maine and they’ve been good, over the past year though giant dip in deliveries. Customer Service is friendly. I’m lucky I work in a pretty zero pressure place but pretty simple things just not being included in your order or on the truck, not sure what system they use where trucks are checked before being sent out? I always have 1-5 things missing. Drivers are friendly but seem exhausted. I also wouldn’t bother with anything they say is special request or has a wait time. You’ll just never get it or hear about it again or you’ll get it once and then it will fade into obscurity. Maybe they are trying to run something too big for what little they put out? Inconsistent delivery times, and you give them money and if they mess up you just get a shrug and a sorry and that’s it.
