I paid Ardente to install a grab bar on the right shower wall while having a full bathroom remodel. They installed the grab bar on the left wall. Thus causing the shower door not to close on the plumbing end of the tub. I kept getting excuses and they kept passing the buck. What good is a shower wall that can't close because a grab bar is in the way? They have quality products, but the staff is awful. Ardente in westerly messed up an order for shower grab bar. Put on right side of shower while I paid and have paper work saying will be installed on left side.
