Marquette County Fairgrounds — Local services in Westfield

The fair board are public officials. Any of you are welcome to look into who your county fair board is, and write them a letter.

This whole event needs to be shut down. Why even have the county fair if all the events are 15 minutes away?? What's even the point? They barely allowed the kids to show their animals this year.

The fair board had ZERO intentions of ever hosting the demo derby, tractor pulls, or the horse pulls this year.

Nothing was staged or prepared from day 1. The fair board is clearly embezzling money. This fairgrounds are literally falling apart. The buildings look like they could collapse at any minute. They keep destroying and removing buildings so they can make the tiny little beer tent look a little nicer for...

Went to the Marquette County Fair for the first time ever, coming up from Milwaukee. I’ve been to over a dozen Wisconsin county fairs now, and this is definitely in the top 3.

First great thing was that there was no admission fee.

Second, all the people were so friendly. Talked to some booth attendants as well as animal owners.

Third, it’s just a really relaxed atmosphere. At the State Fair, you can’t touch the animals, but here it was very intimate.

We took 3 of our grandchildren to the fair yesterday 7/8/2022. The kids had a lot of fun however all of the ride attendants with the exception of 1 (the man working the tornado was awesome) were rude and disrespectful and should not be working with children.
