I have been on a chocolate croissant quest for quite some time. Back in September, while on my way home, I stopped for gas at Allen Brothers. Always on the alert for items on my quest list I noticed the chocolate croissants on display. We bought three of them and proceeded on our way home. And what a delight it was to sample a finely baked and chocolate filled croissant with my coffee that evening. They are the best I have found. Sarah, at Allen Bothers went above and beyond, helping to fill the order as requested. I changed the date I was going to pick them up three times due to the pending storm that was developing between me and home. But she was very polite and courteous to other white people. They received service with a smile while she spoke to us through her gritted teeth.
We were there on October 1, 2023. There was a girl in her late teens, early twenties manning the ice cream booth.
Inside their were a few ladies behind the registers. Unfortunately, I did not get names. I would not have thought anything about it, except that she was rude to both my daughter and I, and we were able to witness her pleasantries with...
