SO thankful that I found her to make some pretty massive alterations and tailor my wedding dress for me.

Very friendly and personable, and always greeting me with a smile, I looked forward to the visits to her studio to do my dress fittings. I had a very specific vision in mind for my dress, and Michelle absolutely nailed it. We talked through each item and she made sure that she understood exactly what I was looking for so she could execute it to my expectations.

I got so many compliments on how well my dress fit, and at no point was I uncomfortable while wearing a strapless dress for my wedding! (Typically I feel like it is always a nightmare of being too tight or too loose, and this was PERFECTION).

I am looking forward to bringing more work for Michelle to work on as she is the only person I would trust due to the quality...

For the longest time, my son was OBSESSED with Frozen. He loved all the characters, loved the music, loved dressing up as Queen Anna, and chose Frozen as his birthday theme two years in a row. But, like much of the Disney merch, so many Frozen-themed things felt very plastic and very princess-specific. It was a joyful surprise when Michelle (the amazing seamstress behind Ellerhandmade) gifted my son a beautiful handmade Frozen bag for carrying all his favorite trucks and toys wherever he goes. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of Michelle's work, her kind, engaging and lovely demeanor, and the amazing speed at which she is (somehow?!) able to work. She fitted 3 different weddings dresses for me-- anything from "sleeve surgery" to making a dress a bit bigger after some unexpected weight gain, to making a custom wedding dress from a skirt I ordered off amazon and another dress I'd purchased.
