This shop is one of the oldest production hot shops in USA. The artisan Todd Turner is a 3rd generation hot shop worker/ glass artist. He makes the family recipe of batch cullet in house with ingredients from west virginia. This is a true American, and a testament to a successful generational family business. Aside from live glass it is a museum of sorts as well as an extensive gift shop with very affordable pricing for any budget.

I had emailed Todd asking him to make me 6 of these glasses when I moved into my new house. I go to WV once a year at least, and I always make it a point to stop by Appalachian Glass.
