I absolutely have loved all of the cuts I have bought so far. We recently tried the gouda and apple stuffed pork chops and I was not disappointed. I added some sweet and smokey seasoning, and absolutely loved the combination. I also got the flank pinwheel steaks with the cowboy butter...delicious! The salmon was some of the nicer filets I have seen locally. I even grabbed a pound of bacon for breakfast. I also grabbed some sirloin for my husband's birthday. This is an awesome little shop. The staff was super friendly. I bought a couple of different cheeses, and a steak cut to my liking. Place is a hidden gem. Have wanted to stop on way past heading to the mountains and we stopped today for a couple sandwiches and man this place makes an amazing sandwich.
