Took our Turbo R there to have new shock therapy springs put on that we purchased from Shock Therapy, 2 weeks later they had it done and charged us $2500.00 which come to find out job should of only taken about 8 hours max and should of been about half the price. They didn't even have right tool to due the Alignment. Then our Alignment was still off when we got it back and had to take it back to them which they had another week. In the process they chipped and scratch our new springs and our radius rods are all scratch and chipped now. The boot that goes to toe link was damaged and torn, they said they would order and come to find out you cant just order a boot you have to buy a full assembly to thread over toe link which is $100.00 out of our pocket. This place is joke. They are high priced and have no clue what they are doing. They even decided to wash our razor with power washer which you have to be careful bc we have our razor custom painted. So now we have a chunk of paint missing all bc he wanted it to look clean and was trying to talk us into wrapping, Which we care less about. The owner was never there and has not try to contact us at any point. Anytime my husband was there never tried to talk with him to make this right. So we paid for a service that in return tore up and damaged alot of parts. We tried to do due business bc they were local and instead of them being honest about what they know or could do. They just charged us a crazy amount and was ok with that and there damage to our machine. Let just say Never...

Great guys love supporting small businesses, took my frame to get sandblasted and powder coated ,turned out amazing, only 1 problem we talked for about 25 min on the fact that I wanted my vin# to be tapped off,, basically it got sandblasted off,,I was not happy turned my 450 dollar banshee frame with title and vin worthless my frame was 1800 with vin now is probably 1200 ,they did re stamp my vin on frame, I tried telling them its not the same as the original vin stamp , they knocked a whopping 25 bucks, off, come to find out he let some new girl do it and immediately new tgey messed up , basically I wanted to go with a different method other than shop nlazt,, but he assured me tgey would take care of me, now we did talk about doing my other frames but until he offers half off on of my frames my review stay up he has my # he can make right or my word of mouth can go along way, I got tons of friends I won't be sending they way,, MAKE IT RIGHT YOU CHARGED ME 500 TO BLast and powder coat..do 1 half off for 250 amd we call...

I took my Can Am Commander to Extreme Off-Road after a roll over that damaged my cage and some front end/suspension components. They took care of replacing everything that needed to be and also dealt with my insurance agent. This shop does solid work and they were pretty reasonable on pricing. Rob (not me and don’t personally know him) the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with! I will definitely use them again for future UTV...
