High As the Sky Estate Sale and Auction Company — Local services in Wetumpka

With the new online auctions, most companies have alotted at LEAST one pick up time on the weekend yet not this company. Despite the weeks I bidon items, I was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery the first day of pick up (Tuesday) and did not have an opportunity to share these details with the auction heads. instead of contacting me in an appropriate manner I was told I could not participate in anymore auctions due to being disabled at the time. Allow me to note the fact the items I bid and won on were minuscule compared to the large items in this auction. (battery operated weed eater & leaf blower) Even if i wasn’t in the hospital, people have jobs and are most likely bidding from out town. DO BETTER

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL YOUR ESTATE NOR BID ON ANY ONE ELSES. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.

Why would you allow a company this in-compassionate to sell your love ones belongings? Upon explains this all to Michelle she literally told me i should have contacted her when i literally was just brought back home today (thursday.)

Company does not care about customers. I was driving to Troy to pick up two pieces from an estate sale when I received a call from Brittney saying that one piece was accidentally taken to the warehouse in Wetumpka. She said they can cancel my purchase of that piece or pick it up at their warehouse. She said there was no way they could get the piece back to Troy.

I called my wife and she really wanted the piece so I called back asking if I could get any concession since it was going to add about three hours of driving and Montgomery traffic. The Company wouldn’t do anything , but one of the employees gave $40 for gas money. If only the company was as good as some of its employees.

I do want to say that everyone was friendly, but incompetent. I will not be dealing with this company in the future, and hope my review stops someone else from dealing with them and having them make their mistake your...

I've been watching this business since its beginning and it has been wonderful to watch them grow. Their recent change to an online business is amazing. They evidently have the perfect system to keep up with bids and send notifications. When you visit there to pick up purchases or make inquiries, you are greeted cordially, offered whatever help you need and checked out promptly and efficiently. Their system of scheduling pick-ups works wonderfully so there is never a lengthy wait. Their new facility is great and everybody is so friendly. This is a great addition to the Wetumpka...
