Shana's Place — Local services in Wetumpka

I DO NOT recommend. Shana has a rude, aggressive attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to a paying customer! I will make sure to inform my patients and friends to avoid her business. I pulled in at 7:18, thinking she closes at 8 but it turned out to actually be 7 and I forgot to call her in advance. I went through a wide open gate there and I didn’t notice a closed sign that was hanging to the left of the driveway because of no lighting around it and a car was pulling out with their bright headlights. Her first remark to me was “she couldn’t believe” I drove through her gate. I apologized and told her how I was unsure about when she closed. I asked her if she’d still take the deer since her helpers still had 4-5 more deer to skin and clean. I told her I paid her 3 months prior for a membership to reserve me a spot in her freezer. I even offered to pay her extra and to tip her helpers since I was 18 minutes late but she refused to take the deer. It’s the way she handled the situation with her remarks and attitude that is unacceptable and she has lost all of mine and my families...

Fell in love with this place as soon as we pulled in. It was highly recommended from Friends and acquaintances. They have fresh meat they have frozen meat they have cut to order meat they have all different kinds of pimento cheese they even have some frozen vegetables and seafood. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we had a great time. The store is in the school bus that sits in the yard as you pull in oh, you go to the left and park and walk in where a staff will help you. We got some delicious fresh eggs from from farm chickens. Go give these a guy's a try there's just about everything out there they make some homemade stuff that will just make you go crazy, they have things called hog legs dinosaur eggs and you'll just have to check out their Facebook...

This place is a trip! You have to see this place to beleive it. They bring out of the cooler a huge tray of the most incredible selection of the finest prime beef wrapped to view. Unbeleivable selection of many kinds of meats sausages kabobs marinades. I purchased two georgeous bacon wrapped prine filets about three inches thick. The ladies are very personable and eager to provide samples. I purchased two huge containers of the best pip cheese with bacon and jalapeño after sampling.
