So I’ve visited this location three times. Each time I’ve had the worse “initial” experience with their customer service. I’m really big on giving a business the opportunity to correct something before I make an issue out of it, but after the 3rd time. I think it’s time to address the elephant. I won’t say that there is an issue with the clientele of brown people, but I’ve noticed the interactions between the Caucasian customer and myself every time I walk in. I’m a shopper. I expect to get the same level of customer service aa everyone else and I don’t receive that. It makes me sad to think that simply because I look differently from the usual shopper that I’m treated differently. I’ve purchased 2 permanent anklets, a customized hat as well as Brighton jewelry from this store and there was only 1 young lady the first visit and an older lady that after she realized I was genuinely shopping gave me A1 service. Other than that, every other employee i encountered made me feel uncomfortable and like a nuisance. I hope this review gets into the correct hands for training purposes. I don’t want there to be negativity towards the business but changes...
Read moreI had nothing but the friendliest of encounters through my half dozen visits in less than a month. bought a beautiful lasered frame as a gift. Was working my way to a whole new wardrobe, until I encountered the manager/owner. She should definitely stay behind the scenes. I have never felt so belittled or embarrassed as when she came out. I know the store policy and am totally fine with it, when she slammed the register open and closed and took money out and set on counter, I took that as the money I earn to spend there isn't wanted, left and was followed to car where I was in tears, I felt disrespected. I took a loss from a simple mistake because you live and learn. Everyone else was wonderful in making me feel appreciated for shopping there. Technology can be confusing and has glitches from time to time, however there is a right and wrong way to talk to people. Raising your voice at a customer is never ok simply because...
Read moreI can not say enough about the amazing experience I had when visiting Vivian O’Nay for the first time. I felt like I was in Lake Tahoe or some other destination resort.
Classy atmosphere, for a shabby chic, boutique style shopping experience. Mostly for women but I did find a little bit of unique for the men in my life as well.
Personalized items, great shoe selection for women, jewelry, handbags, and ladies clothes. I was pleasantly surprised to see the western styled items at Vivian O’Nay, because typically I only find that sort of variety at Pro Rodeos or in places like Fort...
