Smittys Lanes — Local services in Wheatland

Unfortunately when establishments are the only one of their kind in town they most often do not believe in having to display good customer service! Same goes for this bowling place in Wheatland! The little girl sitting at the register is rude and thinks repeating herself over and over fixes any issues, since it doesn’t she goes to get grandma who then aggressively gets in your face to the point where you just have to end the conversation so it won’t escalate! Came here for a party that was reserved for 6:30… didn’t get to bowl until 2 hours later, half of the party had left! Not a sorry, not a discount on a game, in exchange for the very long wait, just very bad attitude from the staff! Pizzas were all overcooked, when asking for refills on the pitchers we were given wrong drink, answer from little girl “heaven” was to deal with it since the pitcher is now full! 1 pitcher was not refilled for us without having to repeatedly ask about it! Wings had 2 different kind of sauces on them (not what was ordered) and were not 2 dozen like ordered! Since this looks like it is a family run business (there are definitely more kids, no not teenagers- kids, working than adults) I assume none of the staff have ever participated in any kind of customer service training or has there even been any thought by owners to implement a customer service training. Too bad, but like I said, when you are the only place in town offering a specific service, you think you get to do whatever you please and treat people however you want to! Please do better for the people who utilize your services, they pay you good money to use them and basic customer service (skills) should be expected to...
