I was planning my trip to Chicago and suddenly realized I was going to need transportation from the airport with a stop along the way prior to reaching my destination. I had never hired a transportation service before and was more than apprehensive. I looked at reviews online for a couple services that had been recommended by the hotel I was going to and one had horrible reviews and the other was nowhere to be found. I called to get a rate and EJ answered the phone. He was very patient with all of my questions and coached me on how to complete the online reservation. He offered me a good price including the stopover that I had to make. He even called me back when he saw a missed call from me a few minutes later that happened by accident while I was trying to put the phone number in my phone because he was concerned that I had another question. I received excellent communication exactly as promised when I landed at the airport. I recently had surgery and was still in recovery while celebrating my husband’s birthday. EJ is an exceptional host and driver. I planned a visit to Chicago from SF for the week and he exceeded every moment, thoroughly! He was prompt and early to and from the airport.
