A funky little property featuring an extensive selection of native plants as well as an amazingly curated gift shop, which stocks locally made crafts and seed packets from Southern Exposure Seed Exchange -- one of the premier seed companies providing organic, small farm-grown varieties that are especially suitable for the southeastern U.S. As a bonus, each plant tag details the specific types of butterflies/moths that utilize the plant as a host, and also highlights the value to birds or other pollinators. Joy is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was eager to answer any questions we had about the native plants. Prices are extremely reasonable and it's clear that the plants offered are healthy and high quality. I can't wait to go back to see what else is in stock as the seasons change, and to also try the Yorkshire Deli which is adjacent to the nursery and gift shop. Keep up the fantastic work. The nursery is what first drew me in. It features a plethora of beautiful native plants in all shapes and sizes. They are awaiting your perusal & ready for your home garden!

Once you’ve picked out a few plants be sure to check out the locally sourced products available in the gift shop. The gift shop is full of unique items from local artisans and merchants. All displayed beautifully in an old Quonset hut.
