Forget about doing business with them online. They don't ship and do not respond to your emails.

I give them 2 stars as they have excellent horseradish and it is best to buy from them in person.

I am still trying to get my money back.

Revised January 12, 2017: Son-in-Law did send the package, but UPS never called the recipient nor delivered the package. UPS returned it one month later and delivered a new one.

As a result, I changed the rating to 5 stars and it's truly the fault of UPS for not delivering the package. I have always had trouble with UPS and totally advise NOT working with UPS. Stick with FedEx or USPS.

Overall, Son-In-Law still delivers a great horseradish...
