This week my son ordered a belt and was told when he could pick it up and when he arrived to get the belt, they had sold it to someone else and didn't even call him to prevent a wasted trip. They told him they would reorder and he could pick it up on Saturday and he went to pick it up on Saturday, but NO BELT. He drove over to West Hill in Greenville, Tn. And bought a belt off the wall in stock. Interstate tractor basically wasted a week, for my son. Last year, my husband a veteran was sold a two hundred dollar tool with another belt he ordered, that he didnt need and when he tried to return it was basically told he knew he didnt need it, but they refused to refund his money. The tool has never been used. We have not had good dealings with interstate tractor and would not recommend them...

They were unnecessarily rude, unsure about how to do their jobs, and were unprofessional; one guy at the desk even struggled to read a parts diagram to get the correct part specs & numbers. Their policies are decades behind the times, such as charging extra for using a credit card, high restocking fees, etc. They even ILLEGALLY refused to refund sales tax on my returned items, and apparently pocketed that as an extra restocking fee; they will be reported to the state Dept of Revenue for this.
