I needed a sticking electronic safe lock replaced, just a couple days to get the new lock then schedule to come and replace. I apologize if this was my responsibility. 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks goes by...pretty sure I've been forgot about. No worries I got this, ordered a lock from Amazon but had to return it because it was the wrong one.
